Prior to the scheduled mediation, Judge Marin will provide each attorney representing each party with a mediation agreement.
Requested Materials
For there to be a successful process, all pleadings, documentation, mediation summaries, and other relevant materials should be submitted to Tony Marin Mediation at least 72 hours before the scheduled mediation. The information provided will be reviewed in full and will be part of the mediation.
